Refund and Returns Policy

At Nômade Candle Company, we take pride in our high-quality candles and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your candle is damaged, you can request a return or exchange within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as you received it
  • Purchased directly from our website at nomadecandles.com

The original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 5 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number in your email. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your return. If approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like an exchange, we will email you an invoice for the shipping charges. Once the invoice is paid, we will ship the exchange item and provide you with the tracking number.

Special and Wholesale Orders

These provisions do not apply to special orders or wholesale transactions. We do not accept returns for special orders or wholesale orders, and will only issue a refund or replacement if an item arrives damaged from transit.
